Based on what donnie said this afternoon, and how he said it, it is obviously time for the Twenty Fifth.
I think he has given up but intends to keep twitching as long as his traitor republican sidekicks will allow himto remain on the World Stage twitching..
Twitching is a sad thing to watch.
