As near as anyone has ever been able to figure, the Skidmore Town Bully, “accused of dozens of felonies, including assault, child molestation, statutory rape, arson, hog and cattle rustling, and burglary” was dealt with by the townspeople of Skidmore.
They just got tired of his bullying, and crimes exacerbated by the fact that the law couldn’t, or wouldn’t, deal with him.
In 1981 the bully turned up dead one day.
Nobody in the town knew anything about it.
