Nice To Be In A Tomato Year

We have a bumper crop of tomatoes.

Of all sizes.

I picked all of the cherries this morning.

(The bowl on display here is only some of them.)

We have a lot of basil also.

So I picked a bunch of that.

We got really hungry as afternoon came into sight.

Mysti found a recipe that looked as if it had been written specifically for our circumstances: a lot of cherry tomatoes, basil and serious hunger.

So, here was lunch:
