trump says he won't sign any bills until Congress does what he tells them to do.
He has gotten his friends over at Skydance to shoot totally plausible "Senate Voting" and "House of Representatives Voting" episodes and he says that playing those should be meet constitutional requirements each time anything comes up for a vote.
(There is some question how much money had to be paid to Congress to obtain the shoot - Democrats come under particular scrutiny - and the downstream necessities of coping with the effect of elections on the membership, not to mention absences - but "that's what Open AI is for" trump is heard muttering in the oval office.)
The scene at the transition announcement was pure Hollywood.
When he told a joint session to implement the process, Mike Johnson wet his pants with joy, and John Thune told trump to fuck off.
