donnie Deports El Nino

donnie today executive-ordered that El Nino be deported to El Campa.

El Campa is a kingdom that appears somewhere every hundred years.

The white house has their best people working on what that means.

Whatever "best people" might mean.

Or what "somewhere" might mean.

donnie did his executive order on website HATE@donnie.hate.

Since he did that on his hate channel no one paid any attention.

The Supreme Court is all churning.

Trying to figure out how to support donnie.

Natalie Harp didn't churn though.

She ran right away to HATE@donnie.hate.

And she supported him.

According to ABC News, The Washington Post, and AP News, an anonymous federal employee has warned Congress that the U.S. Postal Service is rushing to implement President Trump’s executive order on mail‑in ballots in ways that could cause large‑scale ballot delivery failures during the midterms. 

Across the three reports, the core allegations line up:

The USPS is building a new electronic federal mail‑ballot portal under Trump’s order — and it is rushed, chaotic, and error‑prone.

The system uses unique barcodes tied to state‑submitted voter lists; postal workers would only deliver ballots to voters appearing on those lists.

A “zero‑percent failure policy” means that if one sampled barcode in a batch fails to scan or match, the entire batch — potentially tens of thousands of ballots — could be rejected.

The whistleblower says the system was assembled under constantly changing requirements with as little as four days of customer testing.

A federal judge has temporarily blocked parts of the system while determining whether it is unlawful.

Election officials warn the system cannot be safely implemented before ballots begin going out.

This is actually brilliant: the best laid plans for design, low volume test, high volume stress test and cut over to a major new system are always doomed to serious problems. 

That's a fact as old as IBM.

Only serious systems people can get such a thing to, ultimately work. 

Turning loose a bunch of half-baked cranks on our ultimately diasporic election system is custom designed for catastrophe. 

And the only accusation that can be levied is incompetence, not criminal malfeasance.

And donnie can blame the Post Office.
