The White House today is defending donnie against all the evidence of criminal activity in relation to Ukraine.

Pressed to elaborate, Deadbrain Dogbreath said “he can’t be culpable; to be culpable he needs to know what he is doing; the overbearing truth of this presidency is that the president doesn’t know what he is doing; so he can’t be culpable”.
