During Tuesday’s edition of the “All-In” podcast The Vice President had a heartfelt and meaningful message for America.
“There’s a lot of good that’s been done, but there’s a lot of work left to do.
Don’t give power to the people who cause the problems that we’re fixing.
Give us another chance, or give us another couple of years, to continue to work on the amazing things that we’ve been doing for the past two years,”
I have no problem that all of that could easily have been a hallucination from some errant AI Agent.
My problem is that he thinks he can sell that drivel.
And, damn!
He's right.

In a letter to Lafayette in 1788 George Washington said that the only way the office of president could be transformed into a dictator or monarch would be if the people had entered "the last stage of corrupted morals and political depravity".
