There are only two conclusions to be drawn.
trump is guilty of obstruction of justice and intimidation of witnesses.
trump is probably guilty of consciously and with full awareness benefiting from Russian chicanery.
There just isn’t enough evidence to support proving conspiracy which is a slippery accusation from a legal point of view.
Any other viewpoint is fiction verging on conspiracy itself.
Interesting that fat Billie (Barr) is the chief purveyor of that viewpoint.
But he is attorney general, so he must be telling the truth.
