Rat Caught In A Corner?

24 February 2022 Puty told the Russian people and the world that he was taking back lost Russian territory.

The flash point was the nazis that were all over Ukraine.

The take back was called a special military operation - not a war of aggression, which it was and has continued to be.

The scenario seemed to be that 120,000 Russian troops and their tanks would waltz into Kiev, arrest Zelinsky and hoist the Russian tri-color.

Instead, the troops bogged down outside of Kiev, hit a snag of massive Ukranian resistance and cut and ran leaving their machines and kit in a jumble of burned-out hulks.

Since then the Russians have destroyed massive numbers of non-military structures - apartment complexes, shopping malls, factories, railroad stations at maximum passenger usage and private homes and farms, and raped, tortured and murdered significant numbers of Ukrainians.

When all that was happening the last two near-abroad countries that were not in NATO applied for membership.

While all that was going on - after their initial repulse of the Kiev-bound Russians, the Ukranian military re-grouped and started a wide ranged counter-offensive; that counter-offensive recently took back a large swath of land in eastern Ukraine and the Russians cut and ran and left behind massive amounts of kit and machines, most this time in working order.

Since then there has begun to be some Ukranian take back of territory in the south on the land neck which controls access to Crimea.

So today Puty has called up 300,000 Russian "reserves" to augment and enhance his extremely successful special military operation.

He has also said that if anybody tries to diminish the continuance of that vastly successful undertaking he will nuke them.

Sounds like a rat caught in a corner to me.

Apparently even the bullshit-fed Russians have had enough.

Large numbers of them are demonstrating against the call-up for success augmentation; they are all being arrested.

I guess it's easier to get conscripts if they are in Russian prisons.

The question screams out "When is the world going to stop a trapped rat from destroying a peaceful European country and threatening Europe - and probably the US - with nuclear attack"?

But that's only one question of two.

The other is "How long before the European Union cuts and runs"?
