The Rot Within: A New Definition Of "Good"

There was never a question raised - in any serious manner - about donnie's gross violation of the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

Because Ol' Mitch and the Boys kept saying "boys will be boys".

There was a serious question raised about donnie's attempt to shake down the leader of a fellow sovereign country: donnie got impeached; but he was found not guilty by the republicans.

There was another serious question raised about donnie's clear attempt to overthrow the government, including massive video footage documenting donnie's call to insurrection on January 6, 2021 and subsequent under-oath testimony documenting his thwarted intention to go to the Capitol and personally lead the insurrection: donnie got impeached - again - but he was found not guilty by the republicans.

There is a clear and understandable audio recording in which donnie is on the phone trying to shake down the Secretary of State of a sovereign state - a member state of the United States of America; the republicans sniffed and said "boys will be boys" or some other nonsense.

Kevin McCarthy says that everybody is picking on little donnie.

That, of course is great victim-based politics; fascists and republicans like to be victims; it plays great with the morons.

The DOJ is in possession of a large cache of documents that are Top Secret Codeword and were recovered - twice - from donnie's Florida whorehouse; the grotesque compromise of our nation's security that is tied up in that little donnie caper would, in times of yore, had donnie under the guillotine-like shadow that is a long-term prison sentence; long term prison sentences are the usual consequence of such capers.

However, the republicans and their judge on a leash have said "we need a republican appointed 'special master'" (a time-wasting republican artifice) and ninety days to sort through whether donnie has a moot privilege to a moot claim to a moot executive status; his guilt for massive violations of national security laws is not remotely moot.

The stench of rot, decay and slow rolling coup d'état hovers over our land.

And a large number of us either don't care or worse, think that all of that is a good thing.
