A Wild Guess About Who What Where In Paris

This looks a lot like Louis Phillipe, the last King of France.

It looks like he is coming out the back end of the  Élysée Palace.

The painting cuts off le coq de France at the center top of the painting.

Luckily, I have taken pictures of it.
